Talent Screen

Hiring Manager Screen
30 minutes with the hiring manager to get a bit more in depth on your background as well as give you a deeper view into the role and the team you will be working alongside
Take Home or Tech Screen
Want to see what you will be actually working on day to day? Our take homes and tech screens are meant to give candidates a glimpse into the challenges they will encounter at Posh as well as help us better understand your problem solving prowess.
On-Site Interview
Posh onsites typically run between 2.5 and 3 hours at our office in SOHO. You will meet with a variety of current team members as well as some cross functional partners as well. Content and structure of the onsites will vary from role to role. All onsites do conclude with a Founder interview. You will either meet with Avante, CEO and co-founder or with Eli, CPO and co-founder depending on the role.
Offer Stage
We wants to ensure you have all the details in hand to make an informed decision on your future. A member from the Posh Talent team will walk you through the details of the offer, answer any questions you might and provide any additional resources (investor updates for example).
